To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Please note that freebie items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.

For bulk orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, cancellation or return requests cannot be accommodated post-shipment confirmation.

Authenticity Assurance:

Rest assured, all products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us in our own warehouse. We are the official, authorized, and certified retailer of all the brands we carry. Should you have any concerns about product authenticity, please contact the respective brand’s customer care for verification.

Expiry Date Concerns:

We prioritize freshness in our stock and ensure regular replenishment from most brands. Products nearing expiry are clearly labeled, and expiry dates are mentioned for transparency. Clearance sale items with approaching expiry dates will have expiry details clearly stated.

Transport Damage Resolution:

In the rare event of transport damage, please reject the damaged/tampered package upon delivery and notify us immediately via chat or email. To process your claim efficiently, provide video evidence of the unboxing and the issue. Claims without video proof at the time of unboxing cannot be entertained.

Undelivered Orders:

If you receive a notification of order delivery but haven’t received the package, please inform us within 2 days. We’ll take necessary action with the courier/delivery service to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process:

Upon return of the item and verification at our warehouse, refunds are processed promptly:

  • For payments made via PhonePe, refunds are reversed in the same account used for payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via a cheque in the registered customer’s name.
  • Optionally, refunds may be issued in Store Credit with customer consent.

Refund Processing Time:

We aim to issue refunds within 3 days. However, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process the refund.
